Yandex.Drive car sharing presented a new offer

Yandex.Drive car sharing presented a new offer

Yandex.Drive car sharing introduced a new offer with a fixed cost per trip. Now customers don’t have to worry about traffic jams - they have the opportunity to rent a car at a predetermined price.

To use this service, you have to put in the final destination of the trip when ordering. The system will calculate the price of the service and fix it till the end of the trip. In general, this resembles the Yandex.Taxi billing.

The final cost will be affected by such factors as the estimated time of the trip and the demand for the service. The minimum cost per minute is 5 rubles. The price will not be changed due to traffic jams, as the service can estimate the traffic jams and determine whether the driver stopped at their own request or the car is in a jam.

If, on the way, the driver decides not to go to the specified location, the system will offer them to switch to a per-minute tariff. If this message is ignored, Yandex.Drive can change the chosen type of service.
